[srslte-users] RAR warning message

[J Giovatto]

Hi Folks,

We have trying to scale up to 8 nodes in our emulation environment using
the latest release, came across this message on the enb a few dozen times.

Was wondering if any one else has seen this and/or know what might be
the cause.
