Hi Cristina,
The USRP B210 cannot tune RF A and RF B independently; they are bound as
follows: ftx1 = ftx2 and frx1 = frx2.
Consequently, you cannot create the two required cells with USRP B210.
For 5G NSA, we recommend USRP X310.
