[srsran-users] Zynq Timestamping Solution Discussions

Dear SDR Hackers,

Following our recent release of the Zynq timestamping solution [1], we've
decided to set up the Discussions space in the repository [2] to be used as
its main vehicle for discussion and community support. We've conveniently
set for you a few initial threads, including an overview and a few
guidelines to drive the interaction.
