Hi! I`m trying to connect a Quectel EG-25G COTS UE, and sometimes I can
connect if using dl_earfcn = 2550. Then sometimes the connection can stay
up for hours, sending iPerf data. Other times the UE gets disconnected after
a while. I have not been able to connect at any other dl_earfcn.
Setup Details: SRSRAN v 22.4.1, UBUNTU 22.04 LTS on Ryzen 7 laptop with USB
3.0, USRP B-210. UE is connected with USB to Windows 10 PC running
Qnavigator, which is used to send AT-commands to UE.
Have tried to use 10MHz external reference on B210, and adding device_args
= clock=external in enb.conf. Don`t know if this is correct?
I want to use this to test UE co-location behaviour with other transmitting
equipment. Using srsran I can choose LTE-band freely. This way I can test
at different frequency difference to the co-located equipment. I notice
that there is a dl_earfcn setting in rr.conf, do I need to change this as
well as in the enb.conf?
Is the UE scanning all frequencies by default?
Using the Quectel Qnavigator software on the Windows-PC, I can have the UE
scan for operators. Usually I can`t se the srsran at all. Also tried to
connect with srsue today, and could connect at the defaiult DLEARFCN 3400,
with some difficulties, and with some error messages:
Error encoding PUSCH: Invalid L_prb=19. Have no idea what it means. Also
tried to use the same 10MHz reference signal as to B210 connected to
srsenb/srsepc.
