[srsran-users] RRC Connection Setup

Dear all,

I am trying to use srsue to decode the RRCConnectionSetup Message (Msg4).
Currently srsue only decodes the Msg4 corresponds to its Msg3 (i.e.
matching C-RNTI). I would like to decode all Msg4 including those meant for
other UEs.

I have looked into the code (rrc.cc and rrc_procedures.cc), but I couldn't
find where this check is done.

Could anyone point me to the right direction?
