[srsran-users] Downgrading network to UMTS/GSM

Hi All,
I am a student of telecom engineering and I am trying to implement an LTE
network using SRSran.
I have installed and configured SRSran successfully and now I want to
downgrade the mobile phones that are connected to my LTE network to GSM.
I have observed through source codes that SRSran sends a default value of
0x0A as a reject cause.
I have come to know that sending different reject causes to connected
mobile phones like C*ause#07* and C*ause # 08* will degrade mobile phones
to GSM/UMTS.
How can I change these reject-cause messages  in SRSran?
Any help will be appreciated.
