[srsran-users] Regarding 16QAM constellation values

Hello members,

I am trying to modify 16QAM constellation values to introduce BLER error in DL.
The constellation is defined in lte_tables.c

I am not sure, how to modify this constellation values to induce BLER.
Any inputs?
