Hi all,

I am fairly new to the SDR world and looking for some advice.

In our application, we are required to connect to a commercial network base
station and get measurement reports for handover analysis. My current setup
includes a LimeSDR mini and Pcsc card reader. The pcsc_scan command works
and is able to identify the Vodafone (Germany) sim card and I am able to
read the IMSI via the pcsc_usim_test. I have kept the tx/rx gain at default
values and commented out the K and opc values, keeping just the IMEI and
IMSI values. The srsUE scans for base stations and is able to identify them
but does not attach.

Some people on the mailing list have managed to attach to the network using
a commercial sim, and USRP B-200 and some by using an external clock.

I wanted to get some advice from people who have got it working, what is
required for the setup. I have ordered a USRP but it will be delivered in
March. Do the network providers also provide testing sim cards with known K
and opc values?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks.
