[srsran-users] Downlink Data Notification failure indication cause: 87

Dear all,
I managed to set up a network fine, and I managed to attach more than one
device.
All the devices, when they do not make traffic, go correctly into idle with
the message on the srsepc terminal:

UE Context Release Complete

If I try to ping the eNodeB from the UEs, the connection resumes on all the
UEs.
However, if I try to ping the UEs from the eNodeB, for some UEs the
connection resumes happily, but for some other UEs it does not, and I get
the error message (in the epc log file):

Downlink Data Notification failure indication cause: 87

I tried to search online but with little (no) success. Is someone able to
point me in the right direction?
