Hi.
 From your config I can see you are using 28 for MCS. Please see 
troubleshooting section in 
https://docs.srsran.com/en/latest/app_notes/source/5g_sa_COTS/source/index.html#troubleshooting
I have the same UE (One Plus Nord CE 5G) and after lowering MCS to 10 I 
was able to connect.
