[srsran-users] SIB12 Input (warningMessageSegment-r9 Octal string input)

I am attempting to send a CMAS message for a contract at work (We are doing
this legally in a closed environment and have no malicious intent), I have
everything functional (edited parser, added SIB information based on the
structures) however no matter how I enter information for the field
*warning_msg_segment_r9
*I have a malformed packet error on this portion of the SIB. It transmits
fine other than this one field and is picked up from ue survey.
-Current error indicates: *warning_msg_segment_r9*
[1 Fragment (24 bytes): #3(24)
Number of pages should be <=15 (found48)
-I have read the sharetechnote site explaining order the octets as well as
TS 23.041 and TS 38.413 but I still can't seem to reduce the pages or get a
proper message to send when analyzed over wire shark. COTS UE's connect to
my network but do not react I'm assuming due to the malformed packet.
-Even copying the string example from sharetechnote results in the same
errors.
-I have also attempted using SMSTolls3 PDU converter.
Does anyone have a sample input for the warning_msg_segment_r9 field that
was successful to use as a reference as I feel like I am missing something.
Thanks,
Shaun
