[srsran-users] Zynq Timestamping Solution Release Announcement

Dear SDR Hackers,

Over time, many of you have asked us for tips on how to use Xilinx
Zynq-based devices with srsRAN applications. The key challenge in this
scenario has always been the lack of a suitable open-source FPGA-based
timestamping mechanism.

We're excited to announce that this challenge has now been solved with
the public release of the SRS Zynq timestamping solution [1].

The Zynq timestamping release not only provides the necessary RTL and
software code, but comprehensive documentation [2] and scripts to
simplify building and using the solution. Explicit support is provided
for some specific MPSoC and RFSoC dev boards, although we believe that
it should be easy to port the solution to similar platforms.
