[srsran-users] RRC Resume Procedure Implementation

Hello, 

Trying to implement the RRC Resume procedure into srsRAN, I managed to override the RACH procedure in order to send the RRCResumeRequest message. After the callbox sends the RRCResume message srsRAN dosent receive it. Despite the fact that I added the case into the rrc_nr:rdecode_dl_dcch function. Is there anything else I need to add to the code base in order to do this ?
