[srsran-users] SIB12 PCAP

Hi all,

I’ve added a few different SIB’s to the enb however SIB 12 seems to not be
functioning properly, it transmits to wireshark and looks to be okay,
however when I transmit to a cots UE, the UE doesn’t react. I’m assuming I
am formatting something wrong so the UE is throwing it out but I’m not
sure. Also I am not using paging as I’m attempting to deliver the message
upon cell reselection, I would assume it’s not needed there as it reads all
SIBs when coming to the new cell, but I could definitely be wrong. I
attached the pcap I’m currently getting, any input is appreciated.
