[srsran-users] srsRAN 23.04 Release Announcement

Hey SDR Hackers,

We are pleased to announce the release of srsRAN_4G 23.04 [1]. Please note
that we have renamed this original codebase from srsRAN to srsRAN_4G.
This release adds srsUE compatibility with the new gNodeB in the
srsRAN_project. We have added an app note describing the setup process [2].

Also, we have added a few new features and made some improvements
throughout the codebase, see the changelog [3] for more details!
Finally, we ask that you try and use GitHub discussions [4] for your
questions!
