[srsran-users] How can i search all surrounding BTS in UE in srslte

How can i search all surrounding BTS and sort them according SNR and Band
info.
I examine the code but i can not find which section to search for BTS and
Band and ...info
---BTS1   Band    SNR
   01         3          -90dbm
   02         7           -95 dbm
   03          1           -100 dbm
can anyone guide me?
