Thanks for your replies, I tried modifying the PLMN, but it still doesn't work. 
But I found "Overflow" in the log, which may be caused by this problem.

Im using too bladeRF and B210 mini with 5G-SA. I can see the network but the UE is not able to register. MAC failure in the log file is present and authentication failure too. And also I have negative values of  "pusch"  even if it is set to 10 as suggested by documentation in enb.conf file. Do you have any idea about this?

Not sure if the blaceRF causes this problem. I was setup 5G-SA       using B210 and PLMN 99970, and the UE failed to see the network.       After changed       PLMN to 00101, the UE suddenly saw the network and successfully       connect to 5G-SA.  Maybe you can give 00101 a try and find some       luck.
