[srsran-users] Sampling Rate Issue on N3xx

I just realized you will also need to set a different master_clock_rate for
the N320, just pass: "type=n3xx,master_clock_rate=245.76e6" as
"device_args" in the "rf_driver" section and the desired sampling rate.
