Hi Rob,

Can you give me some more information:

   - Am I correct in saying this is a 4G scenario?
   - Are you running with sudo?
   - Have you tried to connect srsUE and srsENB using USRPs prior to
   testing with the phone?
   - Have you tested that the USRP is working with commands like
   uhd_find_devices?

It is best to always share your configs and logs when asking for help with
set-ups like this.
