[srsran-users] srsRAN 4G with ZMQ When EPC and eNB are Separated

Hi,

For "enb.gtp_bind_addr" and "enb.s1c_bind_addr" , you should specify IP
address of eNB VM, those addresses are for eNB not for EPC.
