[srsran-users] Handover command

Dear SRSran users,

Hi,

Currently, I am developing a traffic steering Xapp for an O-RAN testbed. If the traffic steering made a decision to handover the user between my cell or eNodb or gNodb, it should send a handover command to my SRSRAN. How do I do that? In this case, how can I control SRSRAN? How do I send a handover command? Do you have a list of commands?
