Hi Hashemi,
We don't currently support any e2 parameters related to handover, if you
would like to see a particular parameter supported in the code, refer to
the relevant document (e2sm-kpm) attached, find the parameter you are
interested in and reference it here, we will then consider adding it for
the next release.
