[srsran-users] Exploring Alternative Handover Triggers in srsRAN Based on UE Throughput and Cell Congestion

Dear SRSRAN,

After reviewing the latest srsRAN documentation<https://buildmedia.readthedocs.org/media/pdf/srslte-docs/latest/srslte-docs.pdf>, I understand that handovers are facilitated by modifying RR configuration files. I am curious if it's feasible to implement handover scenarios by altering UE/cell/ throughput or inducing Congestion in a single cell or other KPI?

I would appreciate any insight you can provide.
