[srsran-users] Cant launch the eNB in NSA mode

When trying to run the eNB i get the following error

[ERROR] [UHD RF] RuntimeError: Reference Clock PLL failed to lock to
external source.
Error initializing radio.
Setup Details

running on ubuntu 22 with an usrp X310 using PCI express
Expected Behavior

eNB Launching
Actual Behaviour
