Hi Joe,

I think you are correct in theory you could pass 1 frame per hour and 
*most *of the ue and enb software would NOT know the difference because 
the timer/tick is rx/tx frame based.

With the TCP ZMQ  UL and DL transport the nodes are in lock step 
push/pull connection.

I think you might have problems with the EPC at some point if it slows 
down too much.
