Hi Yufan,
Are you running a 10MHz bandwidth eNb?
My comments:
- make sure it recompiles after setting `-DUSE_LTE_RATES=ON`;
- `base_srate=30.72e6` has no effect; and
- append `master_clock_rate=245.76e6` to the RF device arguments.
