[srsran-users] enb-UE with ZMQ always reporting phr 30

Dear All,

I setup a virtual network to study S1 handover following the instructions in the application note https://docs.srsran.com/projects/4g/en/next/app_notes/source/handover/source/index.html
All is working as expected in terms of handover.

To make the system a bit more realistic, I also introduced some noise (and a “Rx/Tx balancing factor”, which, however, at the moment is excluded putting it as =1)
The attached scheme is the Gnuradio flowgraph.

Increasing noise and/or decreasing the gain of the cell I was expecting to see the phr reported on the output of the enb to decrease (increasing transmitting power of the UE). This seems not happening and the reported PHR is always equal to 30.
Also the rsrp on the UE metrics is always the same (at -30) and I assume the two are interconnected…
Am I missing something here?
